ID TALENT – AGENCY ASSISTANT
We are hiring! This is an exciting new role in our growing and vibrant talent agency. The Agency Assistant will support the company in a variety of areas, including client management, social media support and general administrative tasks. This role would be ideal for someone who has a desire to train as a talent agent.
We are looking for a candidate with administrative experience, who has strong communication skills and is self-motivated. They must be comfortable communicating with clients and industry contacts, as this will be a daily task. Strong interpersonal skills, a positive approach to fast-paced working environments and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.
This is currently a part-time freelance position (10 hours per week) with the potential to increase as the company grows. The position is a remote working role, with occasional team-working days in London. The candidate must own their own computer (not a tablet) to do this role.
Preferred Work Schedule:
Monday 9AM – 12PM
Wednesday 3PM – 6PM
Friday 3PM – 6PM
Plus 1 hour per week for social media content creation
This is our preferred work schedule, but we are willing to be flexible for the right candidate.
Core Responsibilities:

Responding to agency emails

Booking in auditions and recalls for clients

Liaising with clients and industry representatives

Data entry onto Tagmin (our client database)

Assisting with the company's social accounts, including creating social media content

Other responsibilities, as agreed
Compensation:
£10 per hour
